Microsoft platform

To connect third-party applications, Hotel | SUITE uses an open interface with a wide range of existing connectors (OpenAPI).

Tools for process automation (Power Automation) and connection of new systems (Logic App) create new methods of IT flexibility (Low Code).

Partner solutions for digital check-in/out, digital guest folders and automation of email communication with guests using artificial intelligence are provided by partners, so that a modern digital guest journey is ready to be undertaken.

Applications - Microsoft Product Portfolio

The core of the solution for front and back office is based on Microsoft products. These come from the Dynamics 365 family (business applications) and are rounded off by solutions for business intelligence, IT security, and Office workstations.

The solutions are Cloud and OnPrem compatible, so that they can be optimally integrated into your existing IT or the switch to the Cloud world can be carried out. Hybrid scenarios are also possible.

Through its own internal interfaces, Microsoft ensures that all required data is available in the core processes and the processes run through different applications to offer the best possible function. Intuitive ergonomics for every employee and the best guest experience.
